Registration fees and payment

* The only countries eligible for the low GDP (Gross Domestic Product) reduction are:

• Asian countries (with following exceptions: Israel, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar)
• Latin American countries 
• and the following countries in Europe: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Malta, Moldavia, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine.

Registration fee includes:

• Admission to Plenary Session & Parallel Symposia
• Excursion to the KUMU Exhibition 
• Conference materials
• Refreshments during the conference 
• Lunch in the second day
• Transport between conference hotels and conference venue (KUMU)
• Participation on excursion
• Official reception

 Registration fee does NOT include:

• Accommodation
• Ticket of Kumu Art Museum

Acceptable credit cards are VISA Eurocard/Mastercard. Credit card data will be used only by Estonian University of Life Sciences and only in connection with this conference.

A letter of confirmation of your registration to the conference will be sent to you by e-mail including the invoice. The registration is considered confirmed and definite after the full payment is received.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations and substitutions are accepted if a written notification is sent to e-mail . Cancelling the registration earlier than 7 days prior to the seminar: 25 % of the fee and money transfer expenses will be charged. Cancelling the participation 7 days before the event or later, or when no cancelling is done: 50 % of the fee and money transfer expenses will be charged.
